It was wonderful to see so many of you last night - here is the stop motion movie we premiered!  We made this movie with the help of an artist in residence - graciously paid for by the Duniway PTA and Arts Committee!  Enjoy!

Biomes of the world - young environmentalists

Hi everyone!
This has been a busy few weeks as we continue to learn more about the habitats of the world.
We have explored temperate forests, wetlands, polar regions and this week, grasslands.  Each week we research (read, write, speak, view, draw) about the habitat, then we create projects to show what we have learned, then we show our projects to others.  At the same time, we are also working hard to write a multi paragraph report project about our chosen animal.  Your children are amazing - so full of great ideas to share with each other.  Here are a few pictures of sharing grassland projects with a fourth grade class.
