The time has flown by and now it is April...looking at the calendar, I am amazed at how quickly the time goes by when we are learning together.
This week we engaged in more learning about clouds and various forms of precipitation. We discovered more about rain, hail, snow, and even how rainbows form.
Early in the week, we read the Cloudmakers, a story about the ancient Chinese art of paper making. Today we had a visit from Teacher Joan, who showed us many ideas about trees - remember how we eat sap and bark from trees? After we heard some stories and viewed some artifacts, we made paper!
This paper is drying and we will take it home next week.
I wish you all a lovely weekend! Here are some pictures of our special guest for you to enjoy!
